When I first started my bullet journal, one of the spreads I knew I wanted to do was a workout tracker. Well fast forward 3 months and I finally got around to making one! I go to Pure Barre to workout, which I absolutely love. At Pure Barre, they have "clubs" that you can be a part of when you reach certain class numbers. In November, I made the 100 club, which meant I took 100 classes. Now I'm working towards joining the 250 club, so I wanted my workout tracker to help me track my classes.
To get started, I drew circles for all of the classes I need to take. I drew extra circles so that I can continue tracking after I reach 250 classes. Then I labeled the circles with the class number. I started at 101 since my last goal had been 100 (Real Talk: When I drew the circles, I drew enough to total 250 classes. Then I started numbering at 101 and realized I had too many circles because I should have started at 1. So then I just filled the page with circles to make it look nice. Ha!). I decided to only label to 250 for now since that is my goal. Then I colored in the circles of the classes I have completed. I will continue filling in circles as I take classes to keep up with my progress!
What I love about this spread is it could be adapted to suit a lot of different workouts. If you take workout classes, you could keep track of class numbers like I am. If you are a runner, you could fill in the circles with distance goals that you want to reach. If you lift weights, you could track how much you are lifting. This spread is so flexible! So how might you use this spread in your BUJO?
