During the summer, I find that I gravitate towards reading in my free time. There's something about beautiful summer days that makes me want to read a good book. I can also catch up on all the good books that people have talked about that I was too busy to read during the school year. At the beginning of the summer, I usually look through the bestsellers list and magazine's summer beach reads lists to come up with my own reading list to tackle before September. So here is my reading list for this summer!

I actually read this book the first week of my summer vacation. I had heard so much about it, so I was excited to read it to find out what it was all about. his book drew me in right away and I was really interested in the main characters' sibling relationships with one another, being that I am one of 4. The siblings run into some troubles with their inheritance, which they call "The Nest". It was interesting to find out how their troubles were resolved (or unresolved)! I definitely recommend this one.
I just finished this book last week. This is a memoir about an American girl who falls in love with a French man, with recipes thrown in at the end of every chapter. I really enjoyed reading about how their relationship evolved, and found it really interesting to get the author's perspective on dating someone from a different culture! If you're a sucker for love stories (especially set in Paris), then you should definitely read this one.
I can't wait to read more of these stories, and hope I can get to them all (and maybe more)! As I read more of these books, I will be sure to update this post with my reviews. If you have any book recommendations for me, comment below and I will check them out!
